Return and Cancellation Policy for AHMED FASHION
At Ahmed Fashion, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. To ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience, customers are requested to read the following policy carefully.
Product Checking at the Time of Delivery
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting the delivery.
If there is any issue, such as:
Wrong product
- Wrong colour/design
- Damaged or defective product
Any significant issue caused from our side the customer must inform the delivery person immediately and return the product while the delivery person is still present.
Once the delivery person leaves, no return request will be accepted for personal preference, change of mind, colour preference, design preference, or similar reasons.
Exchange Policy
If we have mistakenly sent an incorrect product or there is a genuine product-related issue from our side, the customer must report it in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
After verification, we may arrange an exchange/replacement, subject to product availability.
Any issue reported after the delivery has been completed may not be eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Customers who place an order after 3:00 PM must submit their cancellation request before 5:00 PM on the same day.
- No cancellation request will be accepted after 5:00 PM.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refusal to Receive an Ordered Product
Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, customers are expected to receive the product.
If a customer intentionally refuses to receive an order without a valid reason or repeatedly places orders and refuses delivery, Ahmed Fashion reserves the right to:
Flag or restrict the customer's account.
- Refuse or limit future Cash-on-Delivery orders.
- Require advance payment for future orders.
- Recover applicable delivery/return shipping costs where permitted.
- Take appropriate action against repeated or fraudulent ordering behaviour.
Customer information will be handled responsibly and will not be publicly disclosed or posted on social media.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product in front of the delivery person. Once the product has been accepted and the delivery person has left, returns based on personal preference or change of mind will not be accepted.
Payment & Delivery Charge
Customers must pay the applicable delivery charge along with the product payment at the time of receiving the order.
The delivery charge is applicable according to the delivery location and selected delivery service.
Customers are requested to check the product carefully before completing the delivery.
By placing an order with Ahmed Fashion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
